Anthony Di Battista began his legal career in 2005 when he worked in a leading Toronto family law and civil litigation law firm. Since that time, he represented clients in all levels of Ontario Court from high conflict custody cases to complex property and support issues.
Anthony’s busy courtroom schedule is only but a small fraction of his work when representing a client. He works tirelessly trying to negotiate amicable settlement for her clients and commits himself to working with his clients to inform them about each step of the process. He recognizes that one of the most unsettling things in this world is being subject to a law suit, especially when your family and children are involved.
It is Anthony’s philosophy that most legal matters do not need to be acrimonious, and with strategic and tactical negotiations, parties can settle without going to court. When in court, Anthony’s philosophy is to put forth the client’s position in a clear and concise manner to pave the way towards meeting client goals and objectives.
Anthony has contributed to the following publication: Sellers who terminated real estate deal can’t rely on ‘time is of the essence’ clause: court
